Each player may hold only one registered Account. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein. If you have forgotten your login details, please contact our support team rather than creating a new Account.
You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. mp0808 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to close the associated Account.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your verified KYC profile. Withdrawals will not be processed until your Account has completed KYC verification. mp0808 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times referenced above are approximate and may be extended during scheduled bank maintenance windows, typically between 23:00 and 01:00 WIB on Sundays.
All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied. The Balance displayed in your Account is at all times the exact Rupiah amount available.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to specific wagering requirements and time limits that will be stated clearly on each promotion's dedicated page. Where these specific terms conflict with this clause, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. Unless stated otherwise, wagering contributions are calculated as follows: sportsbook bets at odds of 1.50 or greater contribute 100%; bets on slots contribute 100%; live casino bets contribute 10%; togel bets contribute 50%. Bets that are cashed out, voided, or settled as draws do not count toward wagering requirements.
mp0808 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, placing opposing bets to guarantee a risk-free outcome, or systematically exploiting promotional loopholes. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently suspended.
Unused Bonus Funds will expire as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. mp0808 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that ongoing promotional terms already active in a player's Account will be honoured until their expiry date.
A wager is only confirmed when you receive an on-screen confirmation and a unique bet reference number. mp0808 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
If a wager is accepted at clearly erroneous odds or on an incorrect market due to a platform or human error ("palpable error"), mp0808 reserves the right to void that wager and return the original stake to your Account. This applies regardless of whether the wager has already been settled.
The availability of specific games, sports markets, togel draws, or live-dealer tables may vary by time zone or technical conditions. mp0808 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific product and shall not be liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability.
All casino and slot games offered on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness. Results are generated randomly and cannot be influenced by mp0808 or any third party.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

We reserve the right to request KYC documentation at any poi nt during the Account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or when we have reasonable grounds to verify your identity.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a competent court or authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
